This is a great conversation topic to have with your chapter. The study analyzes why some undergraduates decide not to join fraternities and sororities, suggesting how student affairs officials and chapter leaders might be able to help chapter recruitment and retention.

Don’t be discouraged…the Act has gained a little support each year and narrowly failed last year.
