Joining the Multicultural Greek community gives you the opportunity to improve the community and spread cultural awareness and education through various events. By joining United Greek Council and National Pan-Hellenic Council organizations you will be able to create a bond like never before with a group of people that are interested in community service, leadership involvement, and pursuing higher education.

Consider joining our Multicultural Greek Community by visiting all of our 16 organizations that will be here at WSU over the next year!  Meet our members throughout the week and learn about our commitment to academics, leadership, service, and friendship.  Our new member GPA of 3.0 (versus 2.59 for the average freshman) is achieved through a community seeking to help you adjust to life here at WSU and in Pullman.  Come to one or all of the events listed below!  Once you decide to become a Multicultural Greek, your WSU experience will never be the same!

What are the requirements to join a Multicultural Greek Organization?

Each organization has their own requirements.  You will need to verify the requirements with each organization.  If you do not meet the minimum requirements, it will be difficult for you to get an exception.

Requirements to Join:

  • Must be a full-time undergraduate student (enrolled in at least 12 credit hours fall/spring semesters)
  • Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA
  • Completed one semester of a regular school year; varies per organization- some allow first semester freshman
  • Costs average $150-$300; varies per organization
